34.2 The mental realms are the transition to the Fourth Cosmic Level of Life
In the seventh Sphere of Light, the soul has reached the highest consciousness for Earth. Then the soul is attracted to the transitional planets of the Fourth Cosmic Degree of Life: the mental realms. The soul transitions to the mental realms. Here the soul deposits the spiritual body and prepares to be attracted by the first planet of the Fourth Cosmic Degree of Life. The mental realms can be compared to the world of the unconscious where the soul prepares for rebirth on earth. The difference with the world of the unconscious, however, is that the soul remains conscious in the mental realms. The mental realms already belong to the Fourth Cosmic Level of Life:
-It is not until beyond those, I told and explained that to you, that I’ll pass on into the mental regions and will be attracted by the fourth cosmic degree, that is by the first transitory planets.
-A master who has reached the seventh sphere is in communication with the fourth cosmic degree. Later, when his task in the seventh sphere is over and accomplished, this being will be attracted by those planets and the inner life descends into the mental regions, for us the world of the unconscious.

-Then the first ones come, they stand there… they already feel, they already see, they see the others, that they become hazy. “What is the matter with you, what will happen to you? Where is this going? You are so rarefied.” They go through the organisms with their hands. And a while later, floating, feeling, thinking, serving, they dissolve for the seventh sphere.

-You see, we are already outside of the seventh sphere, we will soon dis- solve completely and then enter the embryonic life for the Fourth Cosmic Grade, the world of the unconscious, which is now no longer unconscious, because the human being has conquered those worlds.

-So if the soul as a human being has reached the seventh sphere on the Other Side, then the human being prepares himself to enter the fourth cosmic grade of life and now accepts the embryonic stage again.” But he is now conscious in everything. And you know all of that now for father- hood, for your light, for birth, for reincarnation. There are no longer any wrong thoughts, everything has become harmonic love.
